  • Can I cancel an onsite support appointment?
    • Yes, you can call 24 hours before the appointment date and we will cancel the call at no charge.
  • Can you guys come to my office or home and check my computers and server?
    • Yes, we have on-site support and remote support available.
  • I have a problem with My Windows server, can you help?
    • Absolutely, Let me know about the problem, it will be fixed quickly.
  • Do you guys charge travel fee for coming to my site?
    • Yes, 30 minutes travel fee is charged for on-site support (Please note that minimum onsite support charge is 1.5 hrs 9-5 Mon-Fri)
  • What are your rates?
    • Please contact us for rates. Depending on your needs,
    • we will recommend a package that best suites your business.
  • Do I have to purchase a monthly package to get service?
    • No. We also offer 0ne time service. You do not need to purchase a monthly service or monitoring package.
  • Can you guys check to see if my wireless router is secure?
    • Yes, we check and make sure your network is secured by testing your companies firewall and protecting your company from any network vulnerabilities.
