Technical Support Pricing Montreal

Regular support hours: Monday to Friday 9h00 to 17h00

Level 1 Workstation/Server Support
Support for all Workstation issues and most Server issues.
Onsite Support: $130/hour (2 hours minimum + 1 hour travel*)
Remote Support: $130/hour (30 minutes minimum)

Level 2 Server Support
Support for Level 2 support issues that require specialized help.
Onsite Support: $160/hour (2 hours minimum + 1 hour travel*)
Remote Support: $160/hour (30 minutes minimum)

Emergency Technical Support (Evening + Weekends + Holidays)
Sometimes, it just can’t wait till the morning.
Onsite Support: $180/hour (2 hour minimum + 1 hour travel*)
Remote Support: $180/hour (1 hour minimum)
No cancellations for Emergency appointments (Minimum fees will be charged*)

We believe that an gram of prevention is worth a kilogram of cure. Our monitoring services alert us of any potential issues, 24/7, allowing us to resolve issues before you may even know they exist! When we add managed patching of your Microsoft products (e.g. Windows, Office, etc.) as well as certain 3rd party software (e.g. Java, Acrobat, etc.), you can minimize vulnerabilities due to weaknesses in the code or zero-day exploits. Just like regular car maintenance avoids costly repairs, our MTech Watch service is a valuable service.

MTech Complete is the same as MTech Watch with the added unlimited Help Desk & Remote Support.
